Join the U10s for our annual Minis Tour 2026!

The Under 10s are absolutely thrilled to welcome you to the BSRFC Minis Family Tour of 2026! This year we’ll be heading to PGL Overstrand Hall, a stunning Manor House nestled within beautiful landscapes, and lush wooded gardens, on the Norfolk coast – the perfect backdrop for 2 nights of adventure, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime.

If you’re wondering “what actually happens on Tour?” – here’s the lowdown: it’s two nights away in a fantastic location, with comfy accommodation, hearty food, and plenty of chances for your little rugby stars to have a blast with their mates!

The fun begins on Friday, with arrival and settling in, before a weekend full of rugby, friendship, and festival fun! Saturday brings team-building challenges and adventure activities, while Sunday is all about the Holt RFC Mini-Rugby Festival. This years theme is music!! More to come on this soon!! 

It’s a memorable rugby weekend for all players and their families! Adults get to relax, enjoy the evening entertainment, and maybe even sneak off to the bar!  The whole family is welcome, or just one parent can join their child for a bit of quality fun together. Basically, it’s fun for everyone, so don’t miss out!

This tour promises to be one of the highlights of 2026. The price is £150 per person, but book early (by 31st December 2025) and you can grab the discounted rate of £140 per person. This covers everything – all meals, activities over 2 nights and 3 days, plus a Minis Tour kit and goody bag for every child. Adult tour hoodies can be added later at an additional cost.

For families with little ones, we can offer a reduced price of £85 for children under 5 – just note that under 5’s may not be able to take part in all activities.

To secure your spot, simply pay a £65 deposit per person (non-refundable) or you are welcome to pay the full price upfront.

Terms: Deposits are needed to secure your place, with full payment required by February 2026. Any cancellations within the last 60 days before the Tour will need to be paid in full.
